Nicolas Chibac
Nicolas Chibac is co-founder of the Hamburg-based start-up SpiceVR, a company specializing in 360-degree films. In 2015, SpiceVR won the Epica Award for the 360-degree film “Robin Schulz 360°”. Nicolas will showcase what is possible when it comes to video and will demonstrate new technologies like 360 video and virtual reality. Furthermore he will demonstrate the huge potential of drones for travel videos.

Rachel Ryle
Rachel Ryle is an award wining Illustrator & Animator and named the #1 Creative Instagram account to follow by MTV & BuzzFeed. She will demonstrate how powerful video is on Instagram and the potential it has to market a brand. Matty Brown
Matty Brown is an Emmy nominated filmmaker and his work has been featured in various media like the New York Times, Indiewire, Fstoppers, NoFilmSchool, CBS News, 60 Minutes, and recurring times in The Atlantic Magazine. He will show in his workshop how to approach a visual story. So how to transfer a story into video. What are important steps and approaches?

Melvin Boecher is the founder and CEO of Travel Dudes and COO of iambassador. Keith Jenkins is founder and Publisher of the multiple award-winning Velvet Escape luxury travel blog and CEO of iambassador. They both will demonstrate in their workshop how to work with video bloggers and how to create successful campaigns for tourism brands. Furthermore they will show what are the benefits of it and best practices from the industry.

We will place a large pin board in the foyer of the Mediencampus and everyone can pin a topic on that board. On the first day we will collect all topics from the board and will present them to the audience before LUNCH. The two best-liked topics by the audience on each day will be an open workshop.

Alex ChacoĢn, Kristen Sarah and Siyavash Zarrabi have worked for several brands. The three professional videographers will speak about their work and especially their experiences with drones. In many travel videos drones are used in various ways. They will tell us more on how to use it and what is possible + they will provide some examples.

Cailin O’Neil, Kate McCulley, Taylor Nikolai, Sarah Peretz and Mike Corey are all early adopters regarding Snapchat. Simon has a 20-year travel career and has travelled as a marketing expert to over 70 countries and lived and worked in 9. Angelo shares his adventures in his web series at superjab.com and is passionate about making short films. They both worked together on a unique project, the Namibia road trip, where three content creators travel for 14 days, covering 5500km to showcase some of the most iconic landscapes in Namibia. They will provide insights on how to set up such a project and how to market it.
